Bridal Show: Sunday-Feburary 28th

As of today, there is no snow in site for Sunday-February 28th, so no excuse that the weather was bad. Come join me at the Villa Rosa(www.villarosaweddings.com) for their 2nd annual Bridal Show from 11am to 4pm. There will be a Honeymoon giveaway, vendor raffle prizes and special offers; a runaway Fashion Show and you will also be able to sample the delicious cuisine and delectable desserts from the Villa Rosa. CPPA Convention

Just back from the CPPA convention. What a great time. I was able to meet new people and catch up with old friends. You never stop learning. I received so many good ideas this weekend that now I have to sit down and figure out what ideas are best for my own studio. I also entered the print competition and received 1 Blue Ribbon and 5 Red Ribbons. Check out the prints below.

Marketing Boot Camp

Hi All,

I know it has been awhile since the last time I wrote something. The Holidays just threw me off. It was so crazy after Halloween. I just had enough time to keep up with the Christmas rush. I am truly sorry about that. My New Year Resolution is to keep you posted more often as to what is happening at Uniquely Yours Photography. That is one of the things that I learned last week in the Marketing Boot Camp I attended. I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Las Vegas with John Hartman who put the Marketing Boot Camp on. It was amazing. I learned so much from not only John but other photographers from around the world. I have received so many ideas on marketing my studio and learned new lighting techniques that I want to share with you. I am going to take the next couple of days to sort through them and start using what I learned in my business. Here is a photograph of me with Mark Allan, myself, John Hartman and Marie Curtis. We all had an awesome time.

Just wanted to say Thank You to everyone that came in for our Halloween Special. We were able to give the Food Bank over 6o cans of food. My goal for next year is 100 cans, so I hope that I could count on you again for next year. Thank you so much for your support.
